Kannauj

Situated in the state of Uttar pradesh, Kannauj is one of the most popular cities in the country to retain its rich cultural heritage. The classical name of this city was Kanya Kubja and the modern name is a derivative of the old one.

Kannauj was once the foremost city of northern India where once art and culture flourished.
